Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

1. Returns Period

 

 

You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving it for a full refund, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

 

After 14 days, we may still accept returns at our discretion, but this is not guaranteed.

 

 

 

2. Conditions for Returns

 

 

To be eligible for a return:

 

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging (including any tags or labels).

  • We cannot accept returns for personalised, custom, or hygiene-sensitive items (such as face coverings or underwear), unless faulty.

  • You must include proof of purchase (e.g. your order confirmation email).

 

 

 

 

3. How to Return an Item

  2. We’ll provide the return address and any additional instructions.

  3. Pack the item securely and send it back using a tracked delivery service.

 

 

Please note: Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

 

 

 

4. Refunds

 

 

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll process your refund within 14 days.

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

  • You’ll receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.

 

 

 

 

5. Faulty or Incorrect Items

 

 

If you receive a product that is damaged, faulty, or not what you ordered:

  • Please include photos where possible.

  • We will arrange a replacement or a full refund, including postage costs.

 

 

 

 

6. Exchanges

 

 

At this time, we don’t offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different size or item, please return the unwanted product for a refund and place a new order.

 

 

 

7. Discounted and Promotional Items

 

 

Items purchased using a discount code or during a sale are still eligible for return, provided they meet the conditions above.

Refunds will reflect the discounted purchase price, not the original full price.
